Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer requests and provide timely and accurate responses
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Engage customers across digital and social media platforms
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

Required Qualifications
- BSc or HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or related role
