Job Summary

A Health Solutions company is seeking a Bids Coordinator to manage tender processes, prepare proposals, and support procurement activities to drive successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bid management and tender preparation processes
  • Prepare and compile proposal documents
  • Support procurement and sourcing activities
  • Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate bid documentation
  • Ensure compliance with bidding requirements and guidelines 

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bid management or proposal coordination
