Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coach learners on Business Analysis principles and methodologies
- Provide mentorship on Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
- Review resumes and support job search strategies
- Guide interview preparation and portfolio development
- Deliver structured training and coaching sessions
- Support learners in transitioning into BA and related roles
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, training, or facilitation
- Knowledge of UK and Australian job markets and hiring expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
