Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate talent assessment frameworks
- Analyze hiring, performance, and workforce data for strategic decisions
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy
- Research global trends in talent science and organizational psychology
- Improve hiring processes and candidate experience
- Contribute to innovative, evidence-based HR strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related field)
- 8–10 years of solid HR experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with psychometric or behavioral assessments (advantage)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
