Registered Nurse

Caring Habitat is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment, ensuring optimal health outcomes for inpatients.

Patient Care & Assessment

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physiotherapists, dietitians, etc.)
• Support admission, discharge, and EMR documentation processes
• Accompany patients for follow-up appointments

Clinical Procedures

• Monitor vital signs (TPR, BP, SPO2, FBS)
• Administer medications (oral, IV, IM, etc.)
• Perform wound care and tracheostomy care
• Support feeding (PEG, assisted feeding for dysphagia patients)
• Handle resuscitation procedures (oxygen, suctioning, nebulization)
• Conduct cannulation, phlebotomy, and IV fluid monitoring
• Maintain intake/output charts and conduct ward rounds
• Manage patient handovers and clinical documentation

Safety & Hygiene

• Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards
• Sterilize equipment and prepare aseptic materials
• Report incidents such as falls, medication errors, or adverse events

Professional Development

• Participate in trainings, workshops, and conferences
• Continuously improve clinical knowledge and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
