Job Summary

mDoc Healthcare is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the founders at a strategic and operational level. The role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up summaries
  • Prioritize and protect executives’ time based on strategic needs
  • Draft emails, memos, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Serve as liaison between founders and internal/external stakeholders
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution by teams
  • Coordinate international travel and logistics
  • Build systems to improve executive workflow efficiency
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s is an advantage)
  • 5–8+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders
  • Experience in top-tier consulting, startups, or investment firms preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and organizational ability
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
