Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up summaries
- Prioritize and protect executives’ time based on strategic needs
- Draft emails, memos, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Serve as liaison between founders and internal/external stakeholders
- Track action items and ensure timely execution by teams
- Coordinate international travel and logistics
- Build systems to improve executive workflow efficiency
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s is an advantage)
- 5–8+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders
- Experience in top-tier consulting, startups, or investment firms preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and organizational ability
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
