Head of Projects (Construction)

A leading construction company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Projects to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality execution.

• Lead and oversee project and program delivery across multiple construction sites
• Drive commercial management, cost control, and quantity surveying functions
• Manage government and institutional construction projects
• Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and bidding activities
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and executives 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an advantage
• PMP, NIQS, and COREN certifications are highly required
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong experience with government procurement and bidding processes
• Excellent project management, commercial, and contract management skills
• Strong leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
