Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational targets.
• Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed the monthly revenue target of ₦150,000,000.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records of business activities, and provide regular reports to management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is an added advantage.
