Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize deposits and support sales of banking products
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct basic credit analysis for clients
- Support retail banking operations and customer onboarding
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Promote bank products and services to potential clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of retail banking products and operations
- Understanding of KYC and AML requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and strong attention to detail
- Basic credit analysis skills are an advantage
