Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail banking operations

Required Qualifications
- First degree in any discipline
- Master’s degree in banking, finance, or accounting is an added advantage
- 1–3 years’ experience in a bank or financial institution
- Experience in banking operations is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of retail banking processes
