Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Supervise and guide HR team members to achieve departmental goals
- Implement and maintain HR policies and operational standards
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies
- Support staff training, learning, and development initiatives
- Handle workplace conflicts and employee concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent) required
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
