Manage new patient referrals via phone, email, and EHR systems
Gather and review medical records, insurance info & referral documentation
Schedule appointments using eClinical Works; handle insurance verifications
Coordinate appointment flow; manage cancellations and confirmations
Review and update medical records in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
BSc./HND in English Language, Linguistics, Mass Communication, Business/Public Administration, Health Information Management, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration, medical scheduling, patient coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
Skills & Competencies
Data privacy & confidentiality compliance
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & 10-key typing
Administrative/front desk experience in healthcare
Knowledge of cardiology medical terminology
Strong customer service & multi-line phone etiquette
