Restuarant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment in Abuja.

This role is for someone who understands hospitality beyond food — someone who can lead people, maintain standards, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth operational efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise and manage staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supply needs
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate shift schedules and staff workflow
• Track sales performance and prepare operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and restaurant procedures
• Handle vendor relationships and operational logistics where necessary
• Drive team productivity and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff coordination
• Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting
• Must be professional, accountable, detail-oriented, and result-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools is an added advantage
• Relevant educational qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields will be an advantage

Important Location Requirement

Applicants must reside within Abuja city centre, Mararaba, Nyanya, Karu, or the Nasarawa axis for ease of commute and operational efficiency.
