Job Summary

Willers Solutions is recruiting Call Centre Agents to handle customer interactions and provide support services. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training before commencing the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Achieve performance and productivity targets
  • Keep records of customer communications

Required Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
