Celcium360 Solutions Limited is currently expanding its Growth Partner Network and is seeking ambitious, impact-driven professionals to join our team as Growth Partners.


This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Business Development, Marketing, and B2B Sales who are passionate about driving transformation, building strategic relationships, and creating measurable impact across organisations and industries globally.


Successful candidates will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, build corporate relationships, and facilitate business growth across various sectors.


This is a commission-based opportunity with performance-driven rewards and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strategic business relationships.
  • Promote the company's services and solutions to organisations across different industries.
  • Facilitate business growth and revenue generation.
  • Provide periodic updates on client engagement and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent).
  • Have at least one (1) year experience in Business Development, Marketing, or B2B Sales.
  • Be impact-driven and professionally motivated.
  • Possess strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Be proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strategic thinking.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Candidates may be based in Nigeria or outside Nigeria.
