Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling investment portfolios to prospective clients, developing strategic sales initiatives, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly persuasive, target-driven, and capable of building strong client relationships while ensuring the sales department consistently meets business goals.



Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.


• Sell investment portfolios and financial products to prospective and existing clients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.


• Lead, train, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and performance.


• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the sales department.


• Monitor sales activities and prepare regular performance reports for the CEO.


• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.


• Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to optimize lead generation campaigns.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and investment sales regulations.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.


• Attend client meetings, investment presentations, and networking events on behalf of the company.





Required Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.


• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales, business development, or investment marketing.


• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.


• Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management, or financial services is an advantage.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.


• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
