Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain relationships with vendors and business partners
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hotel management, including 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations
