Hotel Manager

Meltons Signature Limited is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, financial management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining service quality.

• Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest experience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance targets
• Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain relationships with vendors and business partners
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hotel management, including 4 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations
