Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up and onboard new business customers and merchants
- Promote and deploy digital banking products (POS terminals and payment solutions)
- Support merchants with onboarding and basic issue resolution
- Educate customers on usage of digital banking tools
- Participate in market campaigns and engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships
- Drive transaction growth and digital channel adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (banking/financial services is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 26 years old or below
- Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
