Front Desk Officer

Stockgap Fuels Limited is seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing reception operations, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

• Welcome and direct visitors professionally
• Manage reception area and visitor waiting room
• Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
• Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols
• Provide administrative support including filing and scheduling
• Organize meeting rooms and coordinate logistics
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Support internal communication across departments

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in front desk or administrative roles
• Experience in oil and gas industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of downstream oil and gas operations (added advantage)
