Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to client inquiries and complaints professionally
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Schedule consultations, site visits, and meetings
- Coordinate communication between clients, designers, and vendors
- Provide updates on project progress and timelines
- Manage customer records and project documentation
- Assist with quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Handle after-service support and client feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage customer interactions via social media or WhatsApp
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service
- Experience in interior design, construction, or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to handle difficult clients calmly
- Basic knowledge of interior design processes/materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
