Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce site safety policies, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inductions for site teams and artisans
- Audit site access control, PPE compliance, and machinery safety conditions
- Investigate, record, and report incidents and near-misses with root-cause analysis
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Promote a strong safety culture across all site operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, ISPON, OSHA) is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in safety enforcement on construction sites
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Firm commitment to safety standards and compliance
