Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly operational meetings and KPI review sessions across departments
Ensure effective collaboration between Sales, Production, Retail, Inventory, Communications, and RAFI units
Monitor and evaluate departmental performance using KPI dashboards and operational reports
Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions to improve workflow efficiency
Supervise logistics processes, vendor engagements, and supply chain activities
Support product development rollouts and expansion strategies into new markets
Promote efficiency, accountability, and waste reduction across all operational functions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or business administration
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple teams, deadlines, and priorities effectively
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and operational strategy development
Exposure to supply chain, retail, agriculture, or production environments is an added advantage
