Job Summary

Bevany Resources is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the fashion and garment production sector. The role focuses on securing bulk production contracts, building client relationships, and developing strategies to grow B2B sales for uniforms, corporate wear, and branded apparel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and retail markets
  • Generate and convert leads into bulk garment production clients
  • Secure contracts for uniforms, corporate wear, and event apparel
  • Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate client delivery requirements
  • Track sales pipeline, performance, and conversion rates
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking engagements
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and bulk production services
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
