Job Summary

Alfred & Victoria Associates is seeking a strategic and experienced Training Manager to lead employee learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful training programs that support organizational growth, employee performance, and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training and development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments through evaluations and stakeholder feedback
  • Design and deliver training programs using classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learning platforms
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback analysis
  • Manage training budgets, schedules, logistics, and learning resources
  • Develop and maintain annual training calendars and schedules
  • Oversee the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees
  • Monitor and improve training delivery and learning outcomes
  • Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators
  • Track and report training KPIs, impact, and return on investment
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers on talent development and career growth initiatives
  • Stay updated on training trends, learning technologies, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in training management or corporate learning roles
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop effective learning plans
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technology platforms
