Job Summary

Outcess Solutions Limited is seeking a Call Centre Team Lead to supervise and support call centre agents. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service delivery, meeting performance targets, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support call centre agents
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • Monitor team performance and track KPIs
  • Coach and train agents to improve performance
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive operational efficiency within the team 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage performance targets and team operations
