The Content Creator / Social Media Influencer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement across digital platforms by producing creative and impactful content that promotes the organization’s services.
Design and implement effective social media strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
Produce original digital content including short-form videos, visuals, graphics, and engaging captions
Manage daily posting schedules and oversee activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and feedback to strengthen community engagement
Work closely with internal teams to develop promotional content, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
Track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and prepare reports with improvement recommendations
Identify emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and competitor activities to maintain relevance
Strong content creation and storytelling ability
Proficiency in CapCut for professional video editing
Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging ideas consistently
Prior experience in social media management or video editing is an added advantage
