Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
Oversee inventory control and supply chain ordering
Prepare staff schedules and assign duties effectively
Track sales performance, expenses, and profitability
Enforce health, safety, and regulatory hospitality standards
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers
Required Qualifications
B.Sc / OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–7 years of experience in hospitality management or related roles
Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic financial or accounting knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with POS systems and inventory management
