Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Marketing team to expand Binash Home’s presence through strategic partnerships and sales.


This role is focused on bringing in revenue — identifying opportunities, pitching to decision-makers, and closing deals with hotels, Airbnbs, spas, and corporate organizations. If you are confident, persuasive, and understand how to turn conversations into contracts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with hotels, serviced apartments, spas, and corporate organizations

• Pitch Binash Home products through meetings, presentations, and tailored proposals

• Convert leads into bulk and repeat orders

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clients

• Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business

• Maintain an organized database of leads, proposals, and conversions

• Provide regular updates on sales performance and opportunities

• Collaborate on campaigns, product positioning, and seasonal promotions

• Occasionally support brand visibility through events, PR, and content initiatives

• Maintain accountability and accuracy in stock handling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury retail)

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

• Professional presence and strong brand representation

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:30 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• One additional day off weekly (Total: 2 days off per week)
