Job Summary

Jiji is seeking a results-oriented Customer Acquisition Executive to drive user growth across Ghana. The role focuses on onboarding new buyers and sellers, increasing platform adoption, and engaging prospects within Ghanaian-speaking communities through effective communication and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new users (buyers and sellers) onto the platform
  • Conduct outbound engagement with potential customers across target Ghanaian markets
  • Clearly present Jiji’s services and convert prospects into active users
  • Build and sustain strong relationships within local communities
  • Guide users on how to effectively buy, sell, and advertise on the platform
  • Achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets
  • Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and at least one Ghanaian language (Twi, Ga, or Ewe)
  • Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
