Our Aim Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to support and coordinate impactful nonprofit projects across multiple countries. The role involves managing operations, ensuring effective communication, and driving project success within a global and multicultural environment.

• Coordinate and manage nonprofit projects across multiple locations
• Oversee task execution, reporting, and team collaboration
• Ensure effective communication across remote and multicultural teams
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives
• Support operational management and follow-up on key activities
• Utilize digital tools for project coordination and documentation

• Experience in nonprofit/NGO or project coordination roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks and coordinate teams remotely
• Good follow-up and operational management skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural/global teams
