Job Summary

An experienced supervisory role responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high service standards, managing staff performance, and maintaining smooth guest experiences across all hotel functions within a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and service quality Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly Monitor staff performance, enforce discipline, and uphold professionalism Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance across hotel facilities Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Oversee inventory control and coordinate with relevant departments Support overall hotel administration and operational planning

Required Qualifications

Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field Additional professional certifications will be an advantage At least 7 years’ experience in hotel management or hospitality operations Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff coordination Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
