Job Summary

A front desk support role responsible for managing guest relations, handling incoming communications, and providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations in a fast-paced fashion brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner Direct guests to the appropriate staff or departments Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and forwarding appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Provide accurate information to visitors in person, via phone, or email Handle mail, courier deliveries, and internal document distribution Maintain office security procedures including visitor logs and access control Manage office supplies and monitor stock levels Update calendars and assist in scheduling meetings Support travel arrangements and related documentation Record office expenses and maintain administrative logs Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and documentation support

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work proactively and handle issues efficiently Customer service-oriented attitude
