Job Summary
A high-level executive support role responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and strategic priorities while also coordinating corporate events, brand engagements, and key organizational activities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
Handle official correspondence, calls, emails, and executive communications with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and other executive documents
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and confidential databases
Coordinate internal and external communication between the CEO, teams, and stakeholders
Plan and manage meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes, and follow-ups
Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Lead planning and execution of corporate events, activations, and brand engagements
Manage vendors, venues, timelines, and event operations
Support research, special projects, and strategic assignments for the CEO
Handle selected personal tasks and coordination duties when required
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Proficiency in digital tools, scheduling platforms, and documentation systems
Prior experience supporting a senior executive is an advantage
Background or interest in hospitality or event management is an added advantage
