Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract suitable candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and sourcing channels
Review and screen applications to shortlist qualified applicants
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate databases regularly
Support onboarding activities and general HR administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and recruitment systems or platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
