Job Summary
Domeo Resources International is seeking a Cashier to handle daily financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive payments via cash, debit card, and other payment methods
Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change to customers
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Verify and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of shifts
Maintain proper documentation of all transactions
Provide courteous and professional customer service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic billing issues
Prepare daily sales and payment reports
Reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies
Operate POS terminals and ensure accurate item entry
Assist with inventory counting and basic administrative duties
Support team operations during peak hours
Required Qualifications
Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years relevant experience in cash handling, retail, hospitality, or customer service
Experience using POS systems and basic accounting knowledge
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible
