Lead, Logistics & Distributions

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a strategic and data-driven Logistics & Distribution Lead to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations for POS terminals. The role involves managing international shipments, domestic distribution, reverse logistics, vendor coordination, and overall supply chain efficiency across the network.

Oversee shipment of POS terminals from international suppliers via freight forwarders Ensure adherence to shipping timelines and reduce reliance on air freight Manage procurement and coordinate freight bidding processes for cost efficiency Select and manage third-party logistics and distribution partners Supervise distribution from central warehouse to regional networks and service centres Coordinate last-mile and mid-mile logistics operations Manage reverse logistics for faulty devices, ensuring timely returns and redeployment Lead internal logistics team and set operational KPIs and targets Improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 5–7 years experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management At least 3 years in a senior leadership role Experience in international freight, 3PL management, and last-mile distribution Strong experience in reverse logistics operations Excellent vendor negotiation and management skills Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities Good communication and stakeholder management skills
