Job Summary
Dangote Group is seeking a results-driven Relationship Officer to manage and grow long-term client relationships. The role focuses on client engagement, sales growth, service delivery, and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery
Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and activities
Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Qualifications
