Facilities Manager

Zinance Limited is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management. The role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishment projects (electricity, telecoms, HVAC, etc.) Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility supplies Inspect building structures and identify repair or renovation needs Monitor utilities usage and implement cost-saving measures Supervise facilities staff and external contractors Manage building security, parking allocation, and waste disposal Allocate office space based on organizational needs Manage insurance plans and service contracts Maintain accurate financial and operational records Conduct analysis and forecasting for facility operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of technical/engineering operations and facility management practices Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong leadership and team supervision ability Good analytical and problem-solving skills
