Maracruiz Organics is hiring a Funnel & Ads Expert to manage and optimize digital marketing funnels and advertising campaigns. The role focuses on driving leads, improving conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend across digital platforms.

Create and manage high-converting sales funnels Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for better results Conduct audience targeting and segmentation for campaigns Improve conversion rates across landing pages and funnels Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign goals Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field Proven experience in running online ads and funnel building Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data Experience with landing page or funnel tools is an advantage Strong problem-solving and optimization skills Ability to work independently and meet targets
