Customer Success & Staffing Specialist

Health Care NJ is seeking a proactive Customer Success & Staffing Specialist to support client relationships, coordinate staffing operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role involves bridging communication between clients, caregivers, and internal teams to maintain satisfaction and efficiency.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with inquiries, resolve service concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
• Match caregivers to clients and maintain an updated caregiver database
• Coordinate schedules and support onboarding processes
• Update CRM and scheduling systems with accurate information
• Generate reports and collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or HR
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer success, staffing, or operations
• Experience in healthcare or service industries (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and scheduling software
• Reliable internet connection and backup power supply
