Human Resource Lead

Black Wall Street is seeking a Human Resource Lead to oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development. The role is critical in supporting the company’s growth and building a strong, effective workforce.

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Oversee performance management systems and processes
• Support organizational development and HR strategy implementation
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian labor laws
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR operations

• 4–6 years of HR experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Must be Abuja-based or willing to relocate
