Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance
- Manage travel itineraries and reservation requests for clients
- Use GDS platforms for booking, rebooking, and cancellations
- Assist with tour packaging and travel planning when required
- Provide accurate travel information and support to customers
- Resolve ticketing issues and ensure smooth travel coordination
- Maintain proper records of bookings and reservations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND qualification
- 3–4 years of ticketing experience
- Proficiency in at least one of the three major GDS platforms
- Strong experience with Amadeus and Galileo is required
- Experience in tour packaging is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
