Ticketing & Reservation Officer

Elizabeth Maddeux is hiring a skilled Ticketing and Reservation Officer to manage travel bookings, reservations, and customer ticketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ticketing operations, GDS systems, and excellent customer service abilities.

• Handle flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance
• Manage travel itineraries and reservation requests for clients
• Use GDS platforms for booking, rebooking, and cancellations
• Assist with tour packaging and travel planning when required
• Provide accurate travel information and support to customers
• Resolve ticketing issues and ensure smooth travel coordination
• Maintain proper records of bookings and reservations

• Minimum of OND qualification
• 3–4 years of ticketing experience
• Proficiency in at least one of the three major GDS platforms
• Strong experience with Amadeus and Galileo is required
• Experience in tour packaging is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
