Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Manage and update customer records using CRM tools
- Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery status
- Coordinate with logistics partners for customer updates
- Support content and social media activities where required
- Ensure smooth customer experience across all touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years customer service experience
- Proven experience using CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Must be well-spoken, neat, and professionally presentable
- Age below 32 years
- Marketing experience is an added advantage
- Ability to use ChatGPT and Claude effectively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Any degree is acceptable
- Knowledge of weight management pens is an advantage
- Understanding of feminine health topics is an advantage
