Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor digital banking channels including POS, ATM, and agency banking systems
- Troubleshoot transaction and system-related issues
- Analyze logs and reports for system performance and errors
- Assist in transaction monitoring and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform issues
- Ensure service continuity across digital payment systems
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT support or digital banking operations
- Knowledge of digital payment platforms and transaction processing
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to analyze logs and reports
- Familiarity with ITIL framework or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
