Job Summary

Kimberly Ryan is seeking a disciplined and experienced Personal Operations Assistant to support high-level operational and coordination tasks. The role requires strong professionalism, humility, and flexibility, including occasional weekend and public holiday commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and personal assistance to assigned executives or units
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and event logistics
  • Support hospitality and service-related operations

  • Provide support during events, including weekends or public holidays when required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading hotels in Nigeria or similar hospitality roles

  • Humble, hardworking, and well-mannered personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
