An organization is seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial to lead and oversee operations across multiple microfinance branches. The role focuses on driving business growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Lead and oversee commercial operations across multiple branches
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion
• Manage and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build stakeholder relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor performance metrics and drive operational improvements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial banking or microfinance
• Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading teams
• Strong business development, sales, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Deep understanding of microfinance operations and industry trends
