Job Summary

An organization is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate to manage both strategic and operational HR functions. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development, contributing to a strong workplace culture and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
  • Develop hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce growth and planning
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Oversee structured and fair recruitment and selection processes
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Monitor employee experience and promote an inclusive culture
  • Implement performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs)
  • Support performance reviews, feedback systems, and career development
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent
  • Coordinate learning, upskilling, and leadership development programs
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Serve as an HR advisor to managers and team leads

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA (advantage)
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in technology, startups, or fast-growing organizations (preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, or equivalent (advantage)
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
