Enterprise Risk Officer (Mid-Level)

An organization is seeking a skilled Enterprise Risk Officer to manage and strengthen its enterprise risk management framework. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across business units while promoting a strong risk-aware culture and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise-wide risks across all business units
• Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Establish risk policies, procedures, and risk appetite guidelines
• Support business units in identifying and managing risk exposures
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Promote and embed a strong risk-aware culture within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in risk management, specifically ERM within asset management
• Proven experience managing ERM frameworks
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional certifications such as FRM or CRM (advantage)
