Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle executive search processes for senior roles (e.g., COO, CGO)
- Headhunt and engage high-caliber passive candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across fintech, infrastructure, or trade sectors
- Conduct structured executive-level assessments and manage candidate experience
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage key stakeholders
- Ensure timely offer acceptance and successful hiring within project deadlines
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven experience in C-suite/Director-level placements
- Strong professional network within fintech, infrastructure, or trade sectors
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent)
