Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of sales, payments, and aggregators
- Prepare accurate invoices and quotations for customers
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Reconcile receivables and update customer ledgers regularly
- Support month-end closing by preparing receivable schedules
- Assist with statutory year-end audit requests
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in accounts receivable
- Experience in retail, preferably QSR or hospitality
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision, Dynamics, Odoo, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
